Refund Policy
• All services and deposits are strictly non-refundable regardless of payment method (website, Zelle, or cash).
• No refunds or exchanges on fajas – Please try them on before leaving to ensure proper fit.
Late Policy
• We offer a 15-minute grace period.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $50 late fee will be added to your service.
Rescheduling Policy
• Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
• For consultations and single sessions, you are allowed one reschedule only. If missed, a new appointment must be booked online.
No-Call / No-Show Policy
• If you no-call or no-show, the session will be deducted from your package or incur a $50 fee.
Packages
• All packages have expiration dates – unused sessions will not be refunded.
• Please plan accordingly to complete all sessions within the timeframe provided.
Guests
• No extra guests are allowed during your appointment.
• We do not have a waiting area – please come alone unless accompanied by a nurse.
